The Great Unsubscribing

The great unsubscribing movement has begun. It's time to start narrowing down my bride-to-be blog reading list to those that I will follow through to the end of their wedding. If you have a bride blog and it isn't included in my huge list of bride links on the right side of this blog, let me know and I will get you added!

That Bride has become That Wife and although I still have posts to write, it's time to start writing about things other than weddings. I don't have a new link for you yet, but it will be coming rather soon.

I have made so many friends, I would hate to lose all of you when I stop writing about weddings and start writing about other things (gasp! other things exist in this world?). Such an exciting time of my life, and I know there are many other newlyweds going through many of the same things I am. So please leave a link to your blog in the comments if you would like to be added to the That Wife blogroll.

  5. Congrats, That Wife!! I have loved reading all about your engagement and wedding and look forward to reading about your life as a wife! I have been blogging since our wedding in May and have found it is much harder to find material when escort cards, flowers and favors are not at the forefront of our minds. Hopefully you can inspire me! :) Congrats again!

  7. hey Jenna, I'm not surprised you're already planning on leaving this blog; I initially thought I'd leave mine as well soon after; but actually I seem to have more things to say in my posts than I did while wedding planning;) So you might find that the same happens to you as all the memeries of that night slowly come back:)

  8. I know Linda kind of went through the same thing.... we all will...

I would love to be added to your new blogroll!

When I started my blog, it was not intended to be a wedding only blog, which is why I chose my title. It's about life, and me learning along the way... ;-)
(okay, all together now, awwww....) Ha ha ha ha!

Can't wait to see what That Wife has up her sleeve!

  12. Congrats!

I've been thinking along the same lines as you - less wedding more life :P (Unfortunately, I always have these great topics in my head when I'm cycling to or from work and forget what I was thinking about when I get home. (Who wouldn't? There's food and husband, what more does one need?))

I'd still be interesting in reading your blog, even if it is not about wedding stuff!

  19. I don't have another blog, but I have to say I did the same thing as you....cutting the blog list was difficult (i was such an addict) but so freeing! Yours was one of the roughly 10 wedding blogs I kept! I really cant wait to see how it all turned out.

It's really nice to move on to home design and baby blogs!

At any rate, I do continue to follow you...you're one of a few "bride" blogs that I kept reading after my wedding!

I'm at eringoblog.net, not that I've been posting much lately!
