I'm meeting with my Day of Coordinator tomorrow and she wants me to bring my complete list of vendors. I can only think of three. The florist, making only a brides bouquet and delivering it the day before the wedding to my hotel (we are really having no other flowers at all!). The photographer, who I text and chat with almost every day. The hotel coordinator, taking care of both the location and the food.
I think most people have more vendors than this. Am I forgetting something really really huge?

Honestly we only have two. One is the baker to deliver our wedding cake and the photographer.
So whenever I see something like compile a list of vendors it's not really all that hard to do.
I suppose you could include like any musicians you have or people DJing.
Oh my gosh! I wish I had that few - the less you have, I bet the less mistakes that are possible :)
We have the florist, the cake decorator, the country club coordinator (serves as the caterer), the band, the photographer, the videographer, the church coordinator, the party rental tent vendor ... I'm sure I'm missing someone off top of my head! So I admire that you only have a few ... hopefully, my day of coordinator will keep the show on the road :)
is there a band/DJ? baker? rental company? you lucky girl if you don't have to coordinate so many people! :)

Blab and Kelly and Blue eyed- I am so happy that none of the people you suggested need to be added to my list. Its a pain to get all of the little details coordinated without vendors to assign it to, but that means less people to query about!

Guilty-I am so jealous
We had SO many. Our venue provided almost nothing, meaning that I had to rent linens, tables, china, etc. as well as our band, photog, videographer, baker, caterer, florist, photobooth operator, the church(not really a vendor, but still something to coordinate)... I am forgetting someone. Thank goodness my DOC kicked butt. You must feel quite organized!
natalie-Just reading that list made me feel a little overwhelmed. I know everything came out perfectly though!
