Wedding on the Brain

I am a little embarrassed to admit that when I was in Poland there were several times when I zoned out completely and my future FIL would ask me if I was bored or very tired or sick. I would always laugh and say no, but what I wouldn't admit is that I had become lost in thought daydreaming about the wedding again. I have recently been a little overwhelmed with all of these wedding thoughts as I decided to add some honeymoon daydreaming into the mix. I don't have time for all of these thoughts! They are crowding out my ability to focus on anything else. They turn me into this zombie recluse who can spend hours at her computer researching hotels to stay at, flowers found locally in Seattle, or the "must-have" items for a registry.

Am I the only one like this? (I don't think I am!) How do you keep your focus?

Oh my, no, you are certainly not the only one like that! I am having trouble getting my job done at work some days! Sorry, I don't have any advice for you!

Um, focus?

I thought that taking a week off to focus only on wedding projects would help. Nope.

You're not the only one...and I have no easy fix!

We definitely do No-Wedding-Wednesday at home to give the fiance a break.

i have no focus...none whatsoever.

i've happily allowed the wedding to eat my brain. whole.

but i do my best not to inundate every conversation with my FI with the wedding. so far i've been successful....

it's all too much. I kept meticulous lists with action items, priority, etc.

east side-You're so snarky.

Kate-I have to work so incredibly hard not to only talk about the wedding with That Groom.
