Compromiso: Dos

What is that weird phrase that bloggers sometimes use. Rolling on the floor laughing? Yeah, that's it. Some of the captions you guys came up with really had me ROFL. I'll share what you thought the photo was prompted by, and then when I can remember, I'll let you know what the real phrase was.

Skywalker-Babe, I just maxed out the Visa

Polka Dot Bride-I feel like an avocado cheese milkshake!
Misguided Ambition-You're singing karaoke... after twelve signature cocktails.
Real prompt-"Laugh". Seriously, we should be on tv. Look how convincing that laughter is.
Real prompt-That Groom pretending to propose. Do you see that nervous look on my face? I am wondering if he is going to do it right now!
And here is my fake reaction to the big moment. Looks nothing like my real reaction.
Introverted Bride-Trying to sell clothes in a sears catalog.
Real prompt-Pretend That Groom's mom just walked in on you making out.
(bride.)-That Groom admits that he hasn't given That Bride her ring yet because it's been stuck on HIS finger for several painful months.
Real prompt-Show how you really felt when That Bride trapped your finger between a rock and her red heel just minutes ago.
Okay so everyone thinks this picture is me pretending I have to go to the bathroom, but the real prompt is even funnier when you zero in on That Groom's face while considering it.
Real prompt-Pretend That Bride's skirt just flew up.
Polka Dot Bride-Confess to me how many pairs of shoes does Jenna have?
Real prompt-You just found out you are having twins.

Raybould Family-You thought of something else you want for the wedding
Thanks to everyone who played along! Kelli will be using these phrases in her photo shoots from now on.

After spending some time in front of the colorful walls at The Westin in Puerto Vallarta, we decided to just walk down the street and see what we could find. This part of the day reminded me why photos usually discourage shooting at noon. The light was harsh, we were sweating, and I even found myself (me, the one who craves photos the way she craves chocolate) wanting to go back to the hotel room and take a shower and a nice long nap.

On the street outside of the hotel we somehow managed to find even more color. I wish the lighting was a little softer here because I love the color combination of red, yellow, and blue. Why don't we see more wedding schemes in that color?

This picture makes me laugh. It is classic me, trying to imitate all the cool and edgy shots that I see during my blog stalking. It is classic him, trying to figure out what the heck I am doing.

It is quite possibly that I am laughing so hysterically because this doorway separated the street from a big, nasty pile of garbage.

The perfect red shoes. I bought them two years ago at the Nordstrom half-yearly sale. It is the first time I have ever purchased the same shoe in two different colors (black and red). I wore the black ones so much that the soles fell out and I had to throw them away. I don't wear the red ones that often because That Groom not-so-secretly thinks they make me look like I should be working a street corner somewhere. Ridiculous, eh?

I am a huge fan of sun flares, and I love how this one is going down, down, down, and landing right on us. I also love that it looks like we stepped off of the set of Secret Garden.

When I saw this shot I told Kelli "Did you know you accidentally sent me a shot with your legs in it?" She admitted that she threw it in to the mix because she wanted to be a part of the engagement shoot. Awww, I love her!

We ended this portion of the day by squeezing ourselves against a wall to make it look like we were standing in the middle of a beautiful tropical jungle. Fierce right Tyra?

After this we went back to the hotel room where I showered and took a long nap. Then I got up and did my hair and makeup all over again for another round of photos. It just doesn't end people.

I really like the one with Kelli's legs in :)

Seriously, That Groom thinks those tame little darlings belong on a street corner? He should see some of my footwear!

(Hooka shooz rule ok!)

I love all the vines on the rock cliff thing.

Random thought but if you had all the money in the world wouldn't it be really cool to take engagement pictures in the same place at different seasons (kinda like Monet's haystacks).

I love those pictures! My favorite is the one inspired by "just finding out you are having twins!" Haha... I remember that reaction on our faces all too well! You two are adorable and I can't wait to hear and see more updates!

love that you have so many great photos of the two of you. The colors are so vibrant.

your red shoes are fun and so do not belong on a street corner. Get all your shoes resoled the instant they become your faves, you will never have to toss them out. The Nordstrom shoe people do wonders! I wear stilettos on these evil Seattle sidewalk riddled with cracks and they can still rescue my shoes!

I agree with guilty secret. Your heels need to be much taller and they need to be mega plat form.

I have a few like that. I love love love heels. High heels to be exact, and if they are stiletto, the better.
